To achieve the best value and service to our customers, it makes use of "Virtual Back-office Assistants" (VBA's) who work with customers and perform back-office operations at very low costs. The VBAs are agile and creative problem solvers who are qualified and trained graduates with substantial work experience. Extremely fluent in English, they have excellent computer, internet and domain knowledge and skills. Every customer is provided with Personalized VBAs who can take care of most of the backroom operations, thus enabling the customer to focus on maximizing revenues.
